August Fixtures Released.

We have been handed an away game at Gomersall & Cleckheaton for our opening fixture on the 13th of August 2022 (kick-off at 2:30 pm).

We then have a home game against Knaresborough Town Reserves on Wednesday the 17th of August (KO 6:30 pm).

Saturday the 20th of August sees Beeston St Anthonys visit Barr Field for a 2:30 pm kick-off before we travel to The Coach & Horses to play Robin Hood Athletic on Wednesday the 24th of August, KO 6:30 pm.

Commenting on this, Manager Kris Mcdonald said:

"Four games in eleven days will be a tough start to life. I’m really looking forward to it, and I’m sure the players are too.

With this being my first season managing the first team, I go into it without expectations and the fortune of not having any idea really about the opposition. That’s great for me as it means I can focus on us rather than trying to combat anything the opposition may have troubled us with before. I’m sure we will treat Gomersall & Cleckheaton with respect, and we will all be pleased to be back playing competitive football.".

Our Second Team will also start the season on their travels against Boroughbridge Reserves on Monday the 15th of August, kick-off at 6:30 pm.

Their second match sees them return to Barr Field and welcome Otley Town for a 6:30 pm kick-off on Monday the 22nd of August.
