It's been a frustrating time for our second team, with the postponement of a couple of fixtures slowing down their progress. However, that ends today when we welcome Shelley AFC Reserves to Barr Field.

The match starts at 2:30 pm, and the weather should be mostly cloudy, with temperatures around 16 degrees C.

Our Opponents.

Like us, Shelley has played two matches. They gained an entertaining point with a 3-3 draw against Hall Green United Reserves on the season's opening night before falling to a 4-2 defeat against Robin Hood Athletic Reserves a few nights later.

Squad News.

It is a very thin squad that Second-Team Manager John-Paul Williams has to choose from this week, with absences and prior commitments causing issues.

Goalkeeper Kieran Arnett returns from his one-match suspension, and it is hoped that a couple more players may declare themselves fit for this game.
