Preview - Otley Town Veterans

Our Veteran's side welcome Otley Town Veterans to Barr Field on Sunday.

It’s the turn of our Veterans side to take to the pitch as they welcome Otley Town Veterans to Barr Field for a Pre-Season Friendly match. Kick-off is 2pm, and looking at the weather app, it appears to be a cloudy day with some sunny intervals!

Both teams are members of the Championship division of the Harrogate & District Vets 11 a side League (run by Football Mundial) so as well as giving both managers a chance to get some crucial minutes under their bets, it will also allow them to get a feel for one another when the serious business of the league starts next week (although for us, it is the 23rd!)

So, if you fancy watching a game of football post Sunday lunch, please come down and support the teams and also local football as a whole. The clubhouse will be open and serving drinks (both alcoholic and soft) from around 1pm and we hope that Otley Town and their supporters have a safe trip to and from Barr Field.
