Following last weekend's disappointing cancellation of the Whitworth Cup Semi-Final against Harrogate Railway Athletic Reserves, our First-Team hopes to be able to take to the pitch on Saturday against Carlton Athletic.

The match at Barr Field has a 2:30 pm kick-off, and the weather is forecast to be dry with sunny intervals.

Our Opponents.

Carlton head into this game in 5th place in the league table, having won 10 games, drawn 4, and lost 6.

They have scored 55 goals (averaging 2.8 goals per game) and conceded 38 (averaging 1.9 goals per game.

Their leading goal scorer is Adam Simpson, who has scored an impressive 20 goals up to this match!

With the enforced break last weekend and with the postponement of the Second-Team's match against Oxenhope Recreation, Manager Dan Marshall should have a good choice of players at his disposal. Adam Carter could be in contention for his second home debut.
