Our Reserves head off to Leeds for their first game of the new decade, as they face Kippax FC Reserves at Kippax Welfare Sports & Social Club.
The match starts at 2 pm, and the weather forecast is a touch of light cloud.
The Opposition.
Kippax Reserves have struggled this season and find themselves in twelfth place at present. At home, they have picked up all their points in the league, with two wins and a draw.
Goals wise, Kippax have scored eleven goals, averaging 1.8 goals scored per home game, and have conceded fourteen, averaging 2.3 goals conceded per home game.
Looking at the stats, Thomas Charles leads Kippax Reserves Goalscoring Charts with three strikes.
A win for Kippax could see them jump into tenth place, but a win for us could, other results going in our favour, see us in pole position at the final whistle.
Head To Head.
The last time the two teams met at Kippax, it was a 5-0 win for Rangers with braces for both Luke Trower and Phil Turner adding to an own goal. However, as Kippax proved at Barr Field, they can grind out results as we drew a tough match 1-1.
Team News For Rangers.
Manager Kris Macdonald will be aiming to keep changes to a minimum as the Reserves try and extend their league run to five consecutive victories. This could mean some more game time for new signings Sam Murphy and Jack Barker.
Both clubs have players on the suspension list with Rangers missing Joe Barden, and Kippax will be without Harry Pickup.
The Man In The Middle.
Mr Vince Wood is taking charge of this game, and this will be his sixth game in charge overall. According to the FA website, he's issued six yellow cards and one red card during these contests.
