Following an unwelcome break in the football programme, we resume our aim on Saturday of gaining some more points. However, it won't be an easy task as we face Field Reserves at Field Sports & Social.
The match has a 2 pm kick-off, and the MET have forecast that it should be a mixture of rain and cloud.
The Opposition.
Field are one of only two teams who haven't lost a game this season (the other being league leaders Boroughbridge), and their record so far reads won five, drawn three and lost none. This achievement puts them in third place in the Alliance Division 1 with 18 points from a possible 24.
Both Danny Farrar and Lewis Forsythe lead their scoring charts, as they have scored seven goals each.
Previous Meetings.
Looking through our database, this appears to be the first time the two teams have met.
Squad News.
It's not great news for Manager Kris Macdonald as he is missing up to ten of his players, including Connor Weal. However, it should still be a good squad that represents Rangers.
Match Official.
Mr Declan O'Regan will be the referee for this game. This encounter will be his fifth match as the man in charge this season.
Venue.
Should you wish to watch this game, Field's address is Field Sports & Social Club, Hollingwood Lane, Bradford BD7 2RE.
