Up Next: Knaresborough Town Reserves

It promises to be a great game of football at Barr Field tomorrow as our First-Team welcome high flying Knaresborough Town Reserves.

The match is scheduled for a 2:30 pm kick-off, but the weather is supposed to be very wet, with heavy rain forecast for most of the day.

Our Opponents.

At present, Knaresborough Town Reserves are in fourth position, having lost just one of their seven matches. They have won five games, including a 5-0 victory over Boroughbridge AFC and a 5-1 win over Hall Green United.

Their leading scorer is Harry Rayner, who has scored eight goals already.

Past Meetings.

Our database shows at least ten meetings between the two teams. However, only five results are known, but Knaresborough have three wins to our one.

The last time we met was at Manse Lane on the 14th of November 2018 in the second round of the Harrogate & District Whitworth Cup. Despite a goal from Charlie Yates, we lost 2-1.

Squad News.

Manager Dan Marshall is still waiting upon some of his players to see if they have overcome some minor knocks that they received against Rawdon Old Boys. He is hopeful of being able to name a strong fifteen or sixteen man squad. Ryan O'Donnell will be looking to impress again, and there may even be a new face on display!

Match Officials.

Dwayne Chappell, Ashraff Pandor and Jordan Rosendale are the three officials for the match. We hope that they have a pleasant time at Barr Field.
